Job Description
Candidates with Any graduation should have 4 to 8 years of work experience as follows.
Handling the entire spectrum of activities across providing facility support and efficiently handling outsource vendors.
Stationery management & handling day to day activities.
Identifying dependable and cost effective vendors for various services and maintaining schedule of alternate vendors and vendor accounts, also responsible for raising the request to release purchase order.
Collection of documents to empanel new vendors.
New joiners Induction logistic like taking care desk arrangement, Business cards, ID Cards, Stationery & Goodies
Managed events like Office Picnic, Birthday, Happy hours, Guests, etc.
Petty Cash Management
Travel booking and managing the travel for the Mangers and above
