Ensure a trouble free usage of SAP HR module and SAP HR Surround systems by end users. Enable changes and new functionalities in SAP and the surround system.Graduate with MBA in HR or equivalent
Engg Graduate with functional experience in HR & SAP HR & Payroll module, ESS, Attendance, Learning solutions etc.Should have knowledge on the entire Hire to Retire process including Organization Management, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time Mgmt, Recruitment, ESS, Learning Solutions, Exit Management, Reimbursements, Personal Taxation, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
5) Should have a Hands-on experience in Configuration / customisationData Migration, UAT including Test Scenarios, document results, error resolution,user training, cutover and post Go-Live hand holding activities.
