Your Role And Responsibilities
Manage employees who are part of the Business Operations India Center Participate in Employee Engagement & Enablement projects and initiatives locally and globally

Assisting with the following:

Education development and execution

Program development and management

Special events

Staffing & outrotation management

Career development of local employees

Assist with local internal operations

Ad hoc requests

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Commerce or applicable graduate
• 10+ years of business operations experience minimum as well as people management experience
• Acumen in business operations
• Financial background (direct or indirect)
• People Management
• Hiring
• Staffing/Outrotation
• Project Management
• Operations and management tools
• Reporting and analysis
• Core business operations tools such as Atlas, Catalyst
• Knowledge of business operations processes
• MS tools
