● The primary responsibility is to support the PMO Analyst in
● Monthly invoicing and report generation
● Performance Management of team members
● On-boarding & Off-boarding of team members
● Quality and Compliance
● SLA/KPI reports generation
● Learning and Development of the team
● Work along with the PMO Analysts to liaison between HR teams (PMS, Recruitment, L&D), Quality & Compliance team and Delivery teams (SDM/SDL/SDA)
Must-have Skills:
● Prior working experience
● Good Knowledge of ITIL framework & processes
● Excellent verbal and written skills
● Very good negotiation skills
● Adept at Stakeholder management with ability to work with leadership
● Excellent Time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on commitments
● Ability to collaborate with different teams and ensure the designated tasks are completed on time
