Central function within MM&KAM on BU level
Key Targets of the Job Profile: Generate analytical pricing insights for CS BU by frequently defining and executing new ways of analyzing pricing data. This position will conduct individual ad-hoc pricing analyses, support quantitative value-based pricing, generate and distribute business/market intelligence, & review effectiveness of existing pricing reporting and initiate new report perspectives.
Pricing Analysis
- Conduct individual ad-hoc pricing analyses
- Generate business/market intelligence
- Constantly analyze pricing date to find new insights to provide to segments
- Conduct quantitative analyses on order intake sensitivity based on pricing action
Pricing Tools
Develop & govern CS sales dashboard
- Maintain CS Navigator tool
- Maintain Pocket Margin tool
Pricing Reporting
Provide segments report on actual vs target analysis
- Develop/advancing reporting of pricing performance
- Review effectiveness of existing pricing reporting and initiate new report perspectives
- Distribute business/market intelligence
Pricing Strategy
Support quantitative value-based pricing steps
- Help define new ways to define target margins
- Create and monitor business health gauge/lever, to allow pricing to react to market conditions
Qualifications
Education: University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in the area of business administration, economics, finance or similar.
Professional experience : Minimum 3-5 years experience in specific job field.
Project and /or Process Experience : Experience in leading complex, global projects. Ideally trained project manager
Leadership Experience : No leadership experience required
Intercultural/International Experience : Fluent English (written and spoken), one additional language of advantage, Willingness to travel internationally not necessary.

Competencies required:
Knowledge Levels
(i) Basic knowledge is required in Communication skills and experience in dealing with customers
(ii) Advanced knowledge is required in -ability to work in cross functional teams, ability to find new opportunities/think out of the box, organizational skills, presentation skills and project management skills
(iii) Expert level knowledge is required in analytical capabilities and strategic orientation, experience with SFDC/Tableau/Power BI (reports, tools, dashboards) and MS Office ( most prominently Excel and Powerpoint) skills
