Job Description
Knowledge about stator manufacturing processes;
Knowledge about rotor manufacturing processes;
Coil looping and terminology;
Knowledge about insulation process and materials;
Connections, type of connections and its
terminology;
Knowledge on VPI (Vacuum Process
Impregnation);
Knowledge on High voltage systems;
Knowledge on Type of electric machines (induction
motors, synchronous generators, type of rotor
constructions (cylindrical poles, salient poles,
squirrel cage rotor, slip rings rotors)
Knowledge on Banding process;
Knowledge on Exciter manufacturing processes;
Knowledge and applicability on design tools
(AutoCAD and Solid works)
Pro-activity and improvements vision is a must
