We are looking for Junior Product Managers to help drive products that help our clients increase customer engagement!

Who are we looking for?

In this role, you’ll be part of our Product team, and work closely with our Platform Engineering and Data Science teams. We’re strengthening our suite of platform offerings to help large enterprises improve customer engagement through AI-powered personalization. You will research, plan, design and develop new capabilities carved out in our roadmap.

• Minimum 3 year of working experience in a product management or equivalent role
• Passionate about making life easier for the customer always. Live through their journey and come up with use cases
• Work with various teams to build products across Web & Mobile platforms
• Prior experience in building products on Big Data will be a huge plus
• Liaise with design team and come up with wireframes and prototypes
• A good handle on data science or business analytics will be a major advantage
• Keep internal and external stakeholders aware of product releases/updates

• Conduct market, competition as well as user research to inform product strategy & design
• Contribute to the product definition and positioning discussions
• Collaborate with the engineering, data science, UI/UX & Business Leadership teams to design and prioritize features on the platform roadmap
• Analyze feature usage data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements
• Work with product marketing and sales to arrive at effective messaging to reach target customers
