Job Purpose and Impact
The person will lead, implement, and execute the e-commerce business for agri-inputs for Digital Saathi. Improves the customer experience, manages the customer order fulfilment, and maintains the technology plans. Generates data-driven market insights and manages relationships with partners. Works in a fast-paced digital environment and manages the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce business. The person must be a collaborative and results-oriented team leader. Must be technology-savvy with strong business knowledge and able to manage multiple projects. Key Accountabilities
Evaluate market potential through data driven market insights , potential partnerships
Develop new service operations , service recovery system , implement road map for online store , defining order fulfilment policies
Plan, organize and drive ecommerce operations; Examine service quality and customer satisfaction
Plan and organize e-commerce strategic and tactical programs ,evaluate e-commerce operations and practices, including e-commerce methodologies, incentives, special campaigns ( social media campaigns over digital platforms, Marketing and sales promotions ) and professional training for key stakeholder .
Gain in-depth general industry as well as deep local market knowledge.
Supervise the day-to-day ecommerce sales, executing and deploying the sales plans, vision and goals.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
10 Plus years experience relevant experience in e- commerce industry
Two years of supervisory experience
Experience in leading operation in a startup environment preferably in Agri Tech
Demonstrated strong leadership skills in the areas of strategic planning and decision making, navigating ambiguity, and building trusting relationships
Experience developing business strategies and plans.
Ability to move frequently between high-level strategic view to a tactical view.
Continuous improvement by continually identifying ways to improve processes or work structures
