As a Product Manager with Paytm Insider, you will working on our Events Platform. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be a high-performing individual who owns the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. Our Events Platform includes one of it kind live streaming app used massively by end users for both consumption & broadcasting multi genre events.
- Define a compelling product vision and strategy for your product, and influence functional leaders/teams. You are expected to be data driven & can perform both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Develop and Monitor Key KPI/Metrics to identify opportunities of optimization. Design experiments, tactics and timeline to further identify customer problems & streamline the consumer experience
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap, requirements, development, launch and adoption
- Write detailed product use cases, define customer journeys through mock-ups, workflows and charts
- Own what you are building - Running edge cases, testing products proactively and measuring success metrics regularly
- Managed a complex product and owned its roadmap for at least a year. Seen 0 to 1 and then has helped scale the product to a bigger audience
- Experience in building customer-facing (B2C) portals will be a plus
- Tech-savvy and good knowledge of decision management solutions, including software, data and analytics - across design/implementation and execution
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive execution by taking ownership
