Major Roles and Responsibilities

-Implement 5S practice in production area

-Ability to work on shifts Responsible for safe plant operation without any incidents/accidents by adhering the organization policies and procedures.

-To identify/communicate the unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the line management and work for closure.

-Adhere the production targets quantitative and qualitatively without any deviation. To manufacture the products as per the Standard operating procedure and if any deviation found to bring to the notice of immediate manager.

-To maintain the equipment's before and after production of every batch. To record all the operating parameters and observations in the product batch sheet and to monitor the product quality as per the specifications, If any deviations to discuss with the manager for necessary corrections and follow as per his advise.

-To monitor the raw material consumption and yield of each batch and highlight the variation to the immediate manager. Job specific training to the contract workers on chemical handling. To manage the contract workers and ensure the adherence of safe work practice , instruct them the necessary work and supervise them. To upkeep the equipment’s and complete the periodic maintenance in time. Knowledge sharing to peers on the use of machinery and manufacturing process.
