Job Description

Supervising:

• Prod. Team, Packing Team, Maintenance Team, Quality Team, Labeling Team and Stores Team

Reporting to:

• Director

Edu. Qualification requirement:

• Food Technologist / Science Graduate / B.Tech. / Mechanical Engineer / Person having lower qualification but adequate skill can be considered.

Skills: Adequate knowledge on Food processing, Food ingredients, Systems, Administrative power, Food Safety and senior managerial skills, Leadership qualities, Good Interpersonal skills, Business development skills etc. Responsibility:

• Lead the team of Production section, packing section, Quality section, Labelling and Maintenance section.
• To make and implement production plans.
• To ensure proper compliance to the Quality and Food safety related standards within the biscuit plant.
• To anticipate and plan for the resources to carry out the function efficiently.
• To develop and implement new recipes, as per the requirements, if any.
• To understand customer requirements and evaluate the feasibility and implement the feasible aspects.
• To plan for improve the efficiency / productivity / production capacity as and when required.
• Guiding the Food safety Team in the regulatory requirements
• Lead & guide the team of labelling
• To fulfil the requirements of Export Marketing in the developments of new Packaging by coordinating with all group units according to the export country norms.
• To deal the food safety and labelling issues
• To follow the applicable rules and regulation within the production facility.
• To plan for the training / skill upgrading of the employees under him.
• To implement any new system as instructed by the Top management.
• To update the Director on routine and important activities within the biscuit plant.
• Any other assignment given by the Director.

Authority:

• To authorize documents related to Biscuit production facility and related resources.
• To recruit employee up to supervisory cadre.
• To coordinate with internal and / or external customer(s) on the matters related to biscuit production / development.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR900,000.00 - INR1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:
