Project Coordinator will be acting as a bridge between the client and technical team for project deliverable and hence would be highly accountable. He/she will initiate the task under the supervision of other leads within the team.

The exact responsibilities and the main duties of Project Coordinator can be summarized as follows:

Role and Responsibilities:

· International Client Communication via email and calls.

· Project requirement gathering, understanding, and planning.

· Project kick-off, onboarding, and management to achieve desired business objectives.

· Managing monthly performance reports and necessary documentation.

· Client engagement on project progress through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls.

· Establish and schedule regular internal team meetings.

· Communicating the details/briefs to the team and tactfully getting the work done on time.

· Internal operations team coordination and cross-department communication to monitor the project progress and update.

· Project time management and task prioritization.

· Regular client feedback on projects.

· Client retention.

· Quality checks on the deliverables to avoid any negative feedback from the client.

· Plan the timelines and deadlines to avoid any last moments rush.

Skills Required:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.

· Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is a must.

· Fundamental knowledge of Animation/ Motion Graphics/ E-learning.

· Problem-solving attitude.

· Calm and composed nature.

· An organized person with strong attention to detail.

· Analytical and logical skills

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
