Location: Chennai

Position: Implementation Manager

Experience: 8-10 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Planning for platform implementations, project execution & tracking.

2. Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.

3. Understand and get complete KT from sales team on Key Objectives, Success Metrics, customizations, Integrations, Out-of-Scope items, Key stake holders, Point of contact and Team members from client’s side.

4. In-depth study of Project Scope

and documentation of the scope. Objective should be to appraise the stake holders and set the correct and positive expectation, to ensure clarity in the execution.

5. Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.

6. Coordinate with product development team to track delivery of additional product features requested by client

7. Ensure that Project Documentation is always up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements



1. At least 8 years of relevant experience in platform implementations.

2. Quality focused with an objective of satisfying customer and other stakeholder expectation.

3. Manage a team of 10+ people and assist in goal setting, periodic reviews etc.

4. Ability to create comprehensive solution design based on client requirements.

5. Prior experience working on Jira is a nice to have.

Qualifications

· 8 – 12 years’ overall experience in a related technology role with excellent people management experience.

· A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
