CTC- 4.00 –10.00 Lakh 

Sconce Global Pvt. Ltd.  is looking to hire a highly motivated and energetic Project Manager, who will play a key role in ensuring efficiency of the Projects. He will assist the Principal Architect on day to day operations of the project and would be responsible for end to end project management and interior execution 

• Project Manager will be responsible for guiding a diverse portfolio of Interior projects to completion at the highest level of professional conduct and practice.
• Meeting with Clients, Designers, and Directors to discuss and review projects and deadlines
• Collect Drawings & Production details from designers.
• Technically check drawings with respect to site condition and recommend changes.
• Analyze drawings & clear all project related doubts with the Designer.
• Co-ordinate with vendors and contractors
• Ensure a consistently high standard of work is delivered in accordance with the specifications and quality standards
• Regular inspection and monitoring of work by vendors and other construction partners
• Assist Architect and Design team on site with execution according to the designs and specifications
• Prepare all necessary documentation related to project 
  
  

Qualifications:

• BArch /Civil Diploma/Diploma in Interior Designing/other diploma
• Proven skills of managing Interior Projects.
• High degree of organizational skill with ability to handle multiple projects in various stages of development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective and professional negotiating skills, strong interpersonal skills, discretion and diplomacy.
• Demonstrated initiative and administrative ability as required to work and understand the goals.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic and creative setting.
