Roles and Responsibilities of Project Manager

· Own new store launch program from owner handover to operations handover including completion of owners (scope of work and RedBerry scope of work).

· Develop a feasible store setup project timeline to be shared across functional team while tracking on time and on budget execution with all cross-function execution.

· Develop CAD drawings for identified sites and convert into store design internally or externally.

· Develop and work with base of vendor for civil, electrical, glass work, and other scope of work, post site handover from landlord.

· Ensure adherence to timelines for completion of all above set of activities.

· Put up the CAPEX requirement for new stores and get necessary approvals from finance and business.

· Ensure CAPEX elements delivery and installation as per agreed timelines.

· Work closely with operations team to ensure store setup inline with consumer and business expectations and deliver within timelines.

· Conduct post opening review, six weeks from store launch and identify and address any additional scope of work.

· Position is responsible for AMC’s and keep up of all store assets.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
