Phantom Smart Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join us as Python Developers. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. This position is responsible for developing and testing software and maintain a software product or family of products/solutions. Provide complex code modification, testing, and debugging tasks. Provide high-level analysis related to software design and development and solve problems.

As a software engineer, the candidate should design and code complex units/modules/products that meet functional and business requirements on schedule and within budget. Employees should perform impact analysis of software and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the plan, develop, build, unit/integration test phases of software development
• Put forward calculated time estimates of work to be done on a project
• Participate in design, code reviews with other developers, and test-case reviews with testers.
• Perform unit/module testing of software to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications
• Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections
• Follow-up and close issues entered into the defect-tracking system
• Visualize, articulate and break down complex testing areas into simpler parts
• Initiate and influence implementation & test strategies across teams
• Owns a major component of the product

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in any field.
• Good understanding of Data Structures
• Hands-on experience in Python backend programming
• Strong in machine learning and deep learning concepts
• Good at Flask / Django framework
• Image processing and Text extraction
• Code refactoring and code optimizations.
• Knowledge in Databases (RDBMS) is a must.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Python programming
• Candidates must be patient, meticulous, and logical in their work and capable of prioritizing tasks. Good problem-solving, analytical, administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are also important. Must be a good team player.
