QA LAB ENGINEER

• Responsible for Mechanical testing lab (Tensile, impact, Hardness, chemical testing and Metallurgical testing.
• Responsible for Analysis and validation of foundry chemicals like coatings, resin & catalyst and taking trial.
• Responsible for sand testing like strength, properties, and taking trial.
• Responsible for preparing material test report for the end products.
• Responsibility to improve metallurgical properties in coordination with melting team Monitoring Heat treatment process.
• Responsibility for checking incoming Raw Materials Responsible for Chemical analysis of C & S in wet method (Strohelien apparatus).
• Responsible for testing of sand properties of New Silica sand and Reclamation sand.
• Managing and maintain log sheet of all Machining activities (Specimen for Tensile, Corrosion, Bend, Impact etc.,) which are related to testing.
• Responsible for MRIR approval for all incoming materials.
• Association with QA for customer audits, third party audits, System audit.
• Responsible for Heat Treatment relevant issues hardness, Metallurgical parameters.
• Responsible for Lab test results update to Spyro foundry software.
• To Prepare Non conformance reports for Deviation in process activities with defects photos and update in the spyro systems.
• Responsible to follow the NCR up to effectiveness implementation in the shop floor.
• To prepare cumulative reports & NCR records once in a week and forward to Quality Head for review with Production Department.
• Responsible to Quality assurance records maintain and act as audit while system and process audit by ATPL or Customer.
• Responsible to provide improvements points & Point implementation on monthly.
• Authority control to stop the production activities if deviation noticed while QA process.
• To Prepare QA lab documents w.r.t PO requirements and handover to final inspection before dispatch of items.
• Responsible for instruments calibration and records maintain.
• Preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ as per code and customer & internal ATPL Requirements.
• Responsible to maintaining, Implementation and updating of ISO procedures and formats to fulfill the QMS Requirements.
• Responsible for the review of entire Material Test Certificates and documents as per Quality Plan, Purchase order and specification and communicate to Quality Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
