Job Description

    1.Responsible for preparation and execution of QA Testing & Test Automation implementation for projects.
    2.Projects would include Approved Strategic and Tactical Projects. Partner with Technology and Business to ensure overall quality control / risk management.
    3.Partner with Program Management teams to craft comprehensive set of Use Cases and Test Cases as well as the full contingent of requirement project documentation during the life cycle of a project.
    4.The candidate would also be responsible for implementing the test automation for the project and execute automated cases as needed as part of our Agile Testing Model as a SDET.
    5.Work with other Test Analysts to plan and execute testing tasks
    6.Review requirement specifications, identify gaps, determine testability and testing implications
    7.Identify and create test scenarios, design and develop test scripts in Teamwork
    8.Prepare test plan and test scripts to test each software component and requirement.
    9.Participate in the test case Peer Review process
    10.Setup test conditions prior to script execution.
    11.Execute test scripts and document the results in Teamwork/Jira.
    12.Log defects in defect tracking system and follow entered defects through lifecycle of creation to resolution.
    13.Identify and automate the right set of cases to build the regression test for the project partnering with the horizontal automation team. Execute automation as needed during the test cycle.
    14.Work closely with business analysts, business subject matter experts and development teams to clarify and resolve testing issues
    15.Replicate issues and provide defect triage support
    16.Perform tasks under minimal supervision, Other testing/validation support as determined.
Skills:
    1.The candidate should hands-on on Test Automation tools & framework designing, development and enhancement.
    2.Can manage multiple projects & team members simultaneously
    3.Should have hands-on experience & expertise on Selenium, JMeter, BDD, Cucumber.
    4.Experienced in BDD, TDD
    5.Good hold on SQL / NoSql
    6.Flexible to work on multiple technologies and languages
    7.Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management skills
    8.Experience in Functional, Performance, Regression and Integration testing of API services.
    9.Strong structured testing knowledge and thorough understanding of quality assurance testing applications and concepts.
    10.Proactively takes initiative and demonstrates a high level of accountability & proactiveness.
    11.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    12.Experience within an Agile/Scrum/ Kanban environment.
    13.Focused on Continuous Improvement
    14.SAAS Industry Experience will be a plus
    15.Good sense of priortization and time management
