Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role for premium voice program.
Good Communication, aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving
All QA & QA leadership staff will go through the final round of interview with Client and their TTQ (Train The Quality Analyst) certification will be done by client Quality team.
Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess knowledge of Green Belt, Lean, Scheduling etc.
Rotational Shift/ off
Ready to work from office and home (As per Org Requirement)
