Wiggles India is hiring Quality Control Executive, This position requires an individual who works with considerable independence and initiative as an operations manager, exercising sound judgment in accomplishing the projects assigned. Attention to detail, accuracy, and sensitivity to confidential information in addition to written and oral communication, technical, and time management skills are necessary. Requires competency in management and personnel relations. The Facilities Operations Manager will report to the NSRI Executive Director. About Wiggles India - We are all about Pets! Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Requirements

• Conducting Raw materials as well as Finished material physio-chemical analysis.
• Maintain and improve the existing quality of product & maintain all quality
• Maintain and improve the production parameters as per the standard at our 3rd party manufacturing unit.
• Utilize quality tools and techniques to perform all quality operation & documentation to identify root cause analysis
• evaluate and resolve quality issues, to enhance continuous product improvement.
• Proper understanding of BMR ,BPR of the products
• Update, maintain and improve quality management system(QMS) process documents and documentation
• Provide a Product review and a range of quality documentation including, SOPs, Policies, Guidelines, Specifications
• Under his servilliounce all products get manufactured so that he needs to submit all relevant documents of every batch to HO
• Monthly Internal GMP & Hygiene audit to be conducted at the processing unit and report to be submitted to HO
• Aid with development of corrective and preventive actions plans
• implement corrective and preventive actions plans within a given timeline to eliminate the root cause of a non-conformance
• Carrying out PQRs (product quality reviews) as required.

Qualifications

• B. Tech Food Technology / B. Sc Food Science

Skills

• Experience with GMP and GHP Operational Quality Systems for Commercial Food Product
• Relevant experience at upto 1-2 FMCG industry in quality department as well as production department.
• Interested to travel at different location as per production requirement
• Experience in utilizing of quality System processes (such as, Audit, Deviations, CAPA, Change Control)
• Flexible approach to working hours where needed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a versatile approach
• Escalate issues throughout 3rd party the quality management structure to ensure timely resolution.
