Job Description
Zycus is looking for an accountable person for managing the Project Management Office resource workload planning and allocation process, throughout all phases of the project lifecycle from forecast bids, through to firm projects to project closure, and conduct of the weekly resource reviews.
- Assure that project governance is in place, monitor adherence to the methodology, support Project Managers in all PMO aspects and ensure that the delivery lifecycle is adhered to.
- Be a management representative and execute to the management guidlines through continous intervention and management reporting, including escalations to management.
- Work with internal stakeholders and key leadership managements in all aspects of governance and PnL accounting.
- Experience of Project Planning, Tracking & Monitoring, understanding of Software Metrics Definition & data Analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required to deal with customer, program managers and various other stakeholders.
- Perform PMO tasks supporting the Client Delivery department change activities for client Accounts. Assist in the day to day collation of data and reporting for departmental activities such as capacity planning, resource management, forecasting, project planning.
- Deliver high quality reporting to project stakeholders senior management and clients.
- Create user story against each project on boarding process on weekly/monthly basis and track its status.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for staff joining or leaving the Team.
- Achieve continuous improvement in operational and process performance, proactively detecting process related problems or gaps, conducting diagnostics and making recommendations for resolution/closing identified gaps.
- Coordinate all project resource training including design, notification, tracking, and verification of required courses and their completion.
- Conduct the compliance refresher session for all the associates on boarded to Client. Prepare trainers list and share invite/decks with the trainer on quarterly basis.
Job Requirement
- Ability to monitor project scope, schedule, costs, resources, quality and risk to ensure project activities/tasks are occurring as planned and any variances are identified.
- Skilled at developing and implanting project plans, manage project scheduling and development, and providing budgeting and expenditure reports.
- Proficient in interpersonal communications and analytical skills.
- Ability to handles all PMO activities end to end.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Expertise in Stakeholder Management and Forecasting
- Proficient in use of Share Point, MS Excel - Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Macros.
- Skilled in process audits, metrics, RCA & process improvement
- Provide consultation to project from project facilitation to closure
- Assist in the facilitation of project kick off meeting
- Review of project metrics
