Job Description

Your Tasks:

• Drive Quality culture in the site and lead Site Quality team. Drive execution of Quality Assurance strategy for theplant to deliver targeted Quality performance. Detect and ensure mitigation of Quality risks.
• In alignment with Regional and M&L QA Leader develop and deploy Quality strategy for the plant using right quality tools, methods and capabilities to achieve targeted Quality objectives,Detect potential Quality risks on theplant level and ensure mitigation, Develop Site Quality team (capabilities and capacity)
• Execute internal audit system for the plant (system, product and process), ensure governance and track to closure,Ensure plant compliance with IATF 16949
• Drive customer communication forcritical customer claims/ Quality problems
• Escalate within or beyond theplant (when needed) and ensure execution of needed actions for Quality problem resolution
• Share look across and best practices with otherplants and give inputs to Global M&L Quality Assurance strategy, Drive supplier quality improvement program in alignment with Regional Supplier Quality Leader and Global Supplier Quality team

• Content ofQR6S and SD reports
• Protect customer
• Site Continuous Improvement Plan deployment (including Q tools)
• Close gaps detected during audits
• Register and manage claims inside ZF system
