Job in Coimbatore for Quality Manager

High Precision Industry is a leading Heavy metal components manufacturing company specializing in Oil & Gas ,Wind, Heavy Engineering , Railways & Defence sectors . Company operated in Two units in Sidco , Coimbatore.

Position Overview:
The QC Manager will oversee quality control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement across machining and fabrication operations.

• Qualifications:
• - 15+ years of experience in quality control, specifically in heavy engineering machining and fabrication.
• - BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• - Strong knowledge of ISO standards, machining, and fabrication processes.
• - Knowledge in handling Quality related with vendors like Raw material, Casting, Forging, Heat treatment, Surface treatment, Painting, External Quality inspection agencies.
• - Experience in CMM programming and operator training for PCDMIS.
• - Should be proficient in Using MS office , Emails & Companies ERP system.

• - Key Responsibilities:
• - Handle Daily Quality Functional of the company, Inward, Line & Stage Inspection, Final inspection, Handle Customer’s for FAI & Regular inspection.
• - Attend Customer Audits & Prepare company to compliance as per customer requirements.
• - Lead and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality.
• - Maintain compliance with ISO-9001, ISO-3834, and other certifications.
• - Manage quality documentation and processes, including APQP, SPC, and MSA.
• - Program and operate Gantry type CMM – PCDMIS and train new QC staff.
• - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• - Handle Customer complaints ,Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• - Provide regular quality reports to senior management.
• - Responsible for Calibration & maintain Companies Quality related Machinery & Equipment’s fitness and safe handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
