Job Description

    1.3+ Yrs Solid knowledge of frontend development with a minimum of 2 years of work on ReactJS
    2.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    3.Strong & thorough understanding of React.JS and its core principles
    4.Experience with popular React.JS workflows such as Redux
    5.Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
    6.Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    7.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
    8.High coding standards - understanding of test coverage best practices & test pyramid concept
    9.Familiar with Continuous Delivery approach
    10.Experience with Distributed and Concurrent Systems, knowing the tradeoffs between stateful/stateless and synchronous/asynchronous architectures
    11.Passion about technology and its relationship with product and user experience
    12.Ability to work independently - identify problems, create plans and implement solutions to them
    13.Broad understanding of the concept of minimum viable product (MVP)
    14.Customer is at the heart of everything you do and this empathy drives all decision you make
    15.Ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    16.Knowledge/interest in payment platforms, foreign exchange & highly complex systems
