Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent across various departments. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using a variety of search methods (e.g., social media, job portals, employee referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews (phone, video) to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Create and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Graduate in any stream (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (required).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and meet deadlines.
• Laptop is a must for remote work.
