Job Description
Prime Responsibilities:
- Ensure Seamless Payroll Operations are achieved for our customers
- Ensure Attendance Management
- Ensure Statutory Compliance PF, ESIC, Ptax, LWF, TDS
- Ensure that all Statutory Contributions Reports are produced on time
- Ensure flawless billing & collections happens as per the agreements
- Adapt Technology to full automate HR & Payroll Operations, Onboarding, etc
- Ensure the team is well-trained to deliver the services effectively
- Ensure Recruitment pipeline and candidate selections
- Candidate onboarding
- Learn to become hands-on with HRMS and Payroll system
- Master data management in HRMS & Payroll system
- Share MIS with MD every month
- Maintain client relationships as a service delivery manager
- Maintain & grow relationships at the Pan India level
