Job Description
To provide end-to end recruitment services to Clients based in pan India locations.
➢ Sourcing and connecting with clients and understanding their requirements on job role to be recruited for non-IT client companies.
➢ Contracting with such clients for recruitment process outsourcing/ specific role recruitment/ Vendor empanelment.
➢ Source and screen candidates for multiple role and clients simultaneously Job description and requirements provided by the client.
➢ Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job portals such as Naukri, Times, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
➢ Screen candidate resumes and call candidates to conduct initial eligibility check and examine the communication skills.
➢ Schedule the candidate for an onsite round of interviews according to his skills, experience and suitability.
➢ Negotiate the Salary and convince candidate to join on the date decided.
➢ Regular follow-up with the candidate for confirmation of their joining.
➢ Billing with such client companies based on the conditions of the contract
