Job Description
Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle
Understanding the client's requirement.
Recruitment including sourcing, screening, Shortlisting etc.
Interacting with the candidates for scheduling the interviews.
Ensure that quality service standards are maintained at all times.
Ensure that manpower requisition process is followed in a timely manner.
Follow-up with the candidates & clients till joining.
Get reference of the selected candidates as per clients requirement.
