Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate must have experience into end to end US Recruitment/ US Technical Recruitment.
- Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
- Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals: Dice, Monster Career-builder and ATS.
- Candidate should have experience in Tax terms : C2C, W2 and 1099.
- Collecting requirement from Respective Account Manager.
- Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.
- Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
