Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Scout for candidates in the Hirecraft database, on specialised websites & file
- Welcome the candidate in the branch office
- Selection interview, Testing and Evaluation
- Contact the possible candidates to the position and "sale" of the job opportunity
- Organise the introductions of the candidates at the customer's
- Cover the job orders
- Carry out Staffing Placement activities
- Turn around time should be strictly adhered.
- JDs of associate has to be made clear before meeting the client.
- Ensure to get a feedback from the client regarding the candidates.
- MIS to the TL at the end of the day
- Building up database
- Institutes and college connects for bulk hiring’s
- Maintaining good relationship with candidates and clients
