Requirements:
1. Graduated
2. Experience as a Recruiter will add advantage.
3. Knowledge of Sourcing, screening and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Management of participants, from initial registration and invites, to final certification dispatch for the training programs at MEHR
Supporting the planning, preparation, execution of various L&D programs and campaigns, including calendar scheduling, program hosting
Communication with participants throughout the entire learning program, including cancellation requests, feedback collection and logistical questions
Own the work and understand the importance of tasks that come with it
Independently host virtual live sessions from session opening, welcoming the participants, introducing the presenters and final closing using Zoom and related platforms (including but not limited to: polling, Q&A facilitation, and chat management)
Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their need and build effective working relationship
Assisting the HR functions such as recruitment and payroll management
