Job Description
- To work on payroll/statutory compliance
- To Assist HR head on day to day activates
- Maintenance of personal Files
- HR administration
- Research and day-to-day operations
- Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn etc.)
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
