Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screening applications based on JDs through core competencies
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews based on the candidates and panel availability.
- Hands on Experience on Volume Hiring, Leadership Hiring
- Taking clear JD from the client and posting to relevant platforms.
- Building and maintaining excel reports and daily trackers.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
