• Lead product development process of all Sports Nutrition range (Proteins/BCAAs/WPI/WPC/RTD etc.)
• Timely development of bench-top prototypes, stability study, sensory and scale up for commercialisation.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop new product concepts to address customer and market demand
• Develop & manage time-lines, budgets, and product development activities
• Identify source and partners of raw material ingredients. Actively search products, vendors which will support the development and pipeline
• Utilise market research data and consumer behaviour trends to support new product ideas
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, Nutrition, Regulatory, Business development & Manufacturing
• To discuss & help in resolving the formulation or process challenges during daily meeting for product development & monitor the development cycle of product
• To review & help in preparing the monthly performance of the team based on the time-lines committed & submission of the same
• Responsible for environment health and safety In organisation as per company policy/regulation

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Nutra vertical (Proteins Supplement / Sports Nutrition). Must be from Food Technology Background

Required Skills:

• Project management & data interpretation skills
• Ability to make & deliver process training sessions
• Highly technical / scientific acumen and familiarity with Nutraceutical ingredient raw materials
• Knowledge of food science, process technology and good understanding of nutrition & Food regulations
