Job Description
a. Co-ordinating with sales representative for their beat plan and ensuring the communication with respect to sales scheme are communicated.
b. Preparing MIS-Report Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis and highlighting area of improvement to management.
c. Assigning the duties & responsibilities to the team.
d. Handling grievances related to distributors , sales , business analyst team, operations , logistics, etc.
e. Managing all responsibility related to sales coordination.
i. Assist sales force to complete the given task and responsibilities
j. Responsible for regional review meeting, data collection, alignment, folder handling and records keeping.
k. Coordinating with sales/regional team by managing schedules and communicating relevant
information
l. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
j. Data Management in Excel V-lookup, Sorting Data, Pivot, Template Creation & Updating
