• Market research and analysis, Lead generation, proposal preparation, submission & follow-up to achieve monthly/Annual Sales targets.
• Deliver revenue goals established each month/quarter/year in line with the business plan
• Provide, achieve and maintain meaningful sales forecasts
• Work closely with the End customers to identify and develop opportunities.
• Handling CRM tools like: Zoho, Salesforce etc.
• Key Account Management
• Identify business opportunities using various sources including extensive “cold” and “warm” calling.
• Arrange meetings with key clients and close deals.
• Travel as & if needed/expected
• Team Building
• A total of 5 to 6 years of experience in Business Development with a Interior related professional services firm.
• Candidate must have Bachelor's degree preferably in Architecture/BBA or MBA
• Excellent oral and written communication, relationship management, team-building, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Marketing and relationship development experience.
Salary CTC : As per market standard (hike depends upon the current CTC)
