Handling entire cycle of collection
Working on all types of documentation & agreements
Managing possession activities
Assisting for Loan requirements
Coordinating with Sales & Post possession department on regular basis
Coordinating with banks for loan procedures
Following up time to time
Making welcome Calls & send letters/mails (as applicable)
To be one point of contact for customer post booking till possession, hereby ensuring customer centric experience
Skill Set:
Extremely well versed with paperwork, agreements, DD & post sales activities
Ability to build relationships for smooth & timely collection
Exhibits powerful email & telephone etiquette for customer satisfaction experience
Excellent negotiation & people skills
Go-getter & target oriented attitude
Pleasant personality & customer centric in nature
Effective communicator & suitable body language
Believes in teamwork & taking ownership of job role
