Sales Account Manager for Education
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Education prospects to win business for Lenovo PC Group Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Lenovo products and services Develop account relationships on all hierarchy levels at the prospects, including senior level engagements Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
Key Requirements:
A proven successful track record in IT sales
Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
Ability to drive the business through channel partners
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners across all levels of the organization Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation
Entrepreneurial approach, imaginative, smart, passionate, approachable
The ability to work to aggressive targets and deadlines
