Job Description
Looking for Sales Head for DS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly pre decidedsalestarget for the assigned region / area for DS/CDS business
- Continuous coordination with the finance team for the rate negotiation and approved agreement related to DS/CDS customers
- Generate the opportunity pipeline for organic and inorganic growth through direct engagement with the client
- Develop high levels of engagement with clients to pitch solutions
- Work closely with clients to identify gaps/ opportunities forsalesprospects
- Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities for DS/CDS
- Map customer needs and manage various stakeholders including pre-sales, finance, solutioning and delivery teams
- Monitor and report keysalesmetrics including client pipeline, client conversion ratio
- Collaborates with the pre-salesand delivery team andbe an interface to the client
- Ensure all escalations and operational issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure high levels of CSAT scores
