Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers as well as business growth.
Responsibilities

• Taking charge of territorial responsibility in sales/marketing of agri-commodities under B2B.
• Making contacts with potential customers and converting them into responding customers and monitoring market trends to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities by strategic planning.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and end-users.
• Co-ordinate closely with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure smooth, timely execution of trade dealings.
• Working with clients to tailor our offering to their specific requirements.
• Creating a regional sales team for creating improved client base.
• Investigating the potential for FMCG product marketing.
• Identifying demand in this sector and assisting the company in developing a growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have minimum Graduation with the following.
• Quick learner with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector.
• A minimum of one year of work experience in business of agro products like (Pulses, Oil seeds, Grains & Spices etc. under B2B) is preferred.
• Communication Skills: English & Hindi Languages are mandatory
• Looking for a job in agricultural products or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Reporting to the business vertical head in Hyderabad
