Job Description

The Trainee Engineer will be part of the Salesforce team who develops CRM solutions to modernize and streamline client business processes and maintain Salesforce environments adopting best practices in collaboration with project stakeholders, development, and project managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
    1.Contribute to the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing development of theSalesforce platform
    2.Assist in managing, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving support requests
    3.Gathers detailed requirements from business users on enhancements request to existing projects
    4.Participate in the development and support of the Salesforce platform and related applications, including custom objects/fields, page layouts/views, workflows/processes, security (users, profiles, roles), data management, and other aspects of Salesforce administration
    5.Create and manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
    6.Assist in data import/export/updates and system customization
    7.Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development
    8.Prepares System Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and test and user documentation.
    9.Identify and recommend potential opportunities to incorporate innovative methods and emerging trends within theprofession and related fields.
    10.Other duties as assigned.
Additional Preferences or certifications
    1.Certified as aSalesforce administrator or undergone administrator training
    2.Good problem-solving skills and be able to complete tasks independently
    3.Exhibits acustomer-centric approach to all internal and external stakeholder interaction
    4.Experience with visualization applications
