Job in Coimbatore for Senior Architect

We are looking for Senior Architects of 6+ years Experience. It a leadership role, with accountability for design output and commercial success of the design and creative department.

It also involves working with clients, pitching designs, understanding client needs and managing a team of 5+ Architects. The post is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of 10+ ongoing projects under this team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Should be an B.Arch or M.Arch graduate
• Previous experience in an Architect environment is essential
• At least three years experience in a senior role
• Proven record in creating design work from concept to Completion
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion
• Ability to supervise and develop employees
• Experience with software including Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
