Job Description

• Enforce clarity and responsible to implement HSSS policies, guidelines, and procedures in the work area to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Provide support to Head HSSS & team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, security, and environmental issues.
• Develop HSSS processes and emergency plans that comply with Company policies and procedures
• Good incident investigation skills.
• Develop all necessary HSSS documents to meet Company requirements.
• Engage with the workforce, inspect work sites in order to verify the implementation of HSSS requirements, and identify gaps that need focus.
• Monitoring Security agencies’ manpower and work plan.
• Implementation of Best Practices – Safety Rules and Group HSSS Standards / Requirements.
• To conduct Inspections, Mock Drills, training & Toolbox talk as per the HSSS plan.
• Data analytic projects and knowledge in power BI have added advantages.
• Good communication skills, writing, and presentation skills are required.
• Good skills in MS Office required.
