Job Description

Scope:

• The primary responsibility of this role would be to develop and lead designs for various formats keeping the broader story, message, brand, and top priorities in mind. To work on projects with multiple designers and stakeholders and ensure consistency of visual elements of brand.

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Adobe creative Cloud (primarily focused on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Canva.

What you'll do:

• Identify and create compelling visuals from short briefs and meetings with communications partners and executives by asking questions and recognizing areas where more information is required.
• Adapt to and produce work for different sub-brands and project types in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor business and team goals to ensure projects are in alignment.
• Proactively make suggestions and develop design systems, processes and drive solutions to problems which allow the team to scale support and impact.
• Identify potential roadblocks with design projects and find creative solutions.
• Use sound judgement to prioritize all aspects of projects and communicate shifting priorities to key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 7-9 years of relevant work experience as a graphics designer or a similar creative role
• Experience working within a team of creative professionals (vs. independent contributor or sole freelancer)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a range of personalities and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization, especially C level executives
• Excellent strategic, analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented nature
• Ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment multi-tasking skills required
• Ability to help manage projects within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with corporate regional and corporate teams to develop and implement best practices to improve business outcomes
• Use and continuously develop new leadership skills
• Must be detailed oriented and able to make team decisions
• Preferred Skills / Preferred Experience:
  • Account-based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • User Interface / User Experience Design
  • Social media management with focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
