Job Description
Role: Senior Executive HR
Location: T. nagar, Chennai
Gender: Female
Experience: 5-10yrs
Salary: Rs. 50,000K per month
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM (6 days a week)
Interview Mode: Online & In-person
Key Responsibilities:
-Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
-Strong knowledge of laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices
-Proven experience in organizational development, employee engagement, payroll management & training and development
Qualifications:
-Any Bachelor's/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
-5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the corporate environment
