Job Title /Designation: Digital Agricultural Marketing Officer (DAMO) & Senior DAMO

Position Reports to: Farm Services Center (FSC) Managers

Position Manages: Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs)

Location: Ooty, Tamil Nadu

Target Hire / Onboarding Date (Revised): May 01, 2022

Position Objective Integration of Demand-generation and Supply of fresh produce within a defined territory to maximize revenue for the company using the technology platform powered by MasterCard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and Onboarding of farmers and FPOs

2. Maintaining Crops Data by farmer/ tracking status of harvest

3. Inventory handling of fresh produce / aggregation of supply

4. Onboarding new buyers / traders to LFN platform for sale of harvested fresh produce at optimized prices

5. Coordinate with the company’s internal Supply Chain sales team for sale of harvested fresh produce

Candidate Profile

1. Graduate / MBA with minimum 1 year of Sales & Collections experience in segments like Agri / Rural Banking, FMCG Rural Marketing, Dealer Sales Agents (DSAs)

2. Should be able to build strong rapport and maintain professional business relationships both with farmers and with fresh produce buyers / traders

3. Should have own bike / travel extensively each day within defined area. Travel Allowance is provided

4. Good record keeping, data management and working with MS-Excel

Salary (CTC including Fixed & Variable): ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month based on qualification and experience
