Job Description

Research Assistant are responsible for leading scientific research in emerging technologies and systems. Investigates technical challenges or limitations in existing and/or future technologies and systems and drives innovation to address them. Follows emerging trends and directs exploration of selected domains to drive potential inventions and products. Has 12+yrs of industry experience in Technology & 5+ years of experience in driving innovation and products prior to landing on a product roadmap. Develops research objectives , project proposals and collaborates to drive design, development, execution and implementation of scientific and engineering research projects in both fab and laboratory environments to fuel Intel growth in the areas of computing, communication, technology and manufacturing and new business opportunity. Participates in the transfer of viable technology options to the internal technology development team. Maintains substantial knowledge of state of the art principles and theories, and contributes to technical publications and conferences. Participates in development of intellectual property. Typically holds a PhD.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : Masters in ECE / VLSI / Embedded systems / Computer Science with prior experience of Research Associate in the industry/Intel Labs OR in Academia driving look-ahead technologies
