Job Description:
Experienced and motivated Sales engineer will be responsible for generating new leads by making regular sales visits, Understanding customer’s requirement, submitting Proposals on time, follow up, negotiating and converting in to orders. He will be responsible for acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, drive sales growth and meeting sales target.
Responsibilities:

Regular customer
visits (Local and outstation) with proper planning
with In assigned territory.
·
Arranging periodic
demo at customer place to create more awareness about Centum
Offering.
·
Generating new enquires from the sales visit , communicate to Proposal team and ensuring offer reaches the customer on
time
·
Understating customers’ requirements in details
and offer right products and
solutions.
·
Manage the complete Sales process from Lead generation
to order closure.
·
Understating and developing knowledge in the product
portfolio.
·
Create Yearly sales plan in alignment
with Organisation Targets
and long-term goals. Communicate the same to team
leader.
·
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
·
Create Account
plan for Top 10 accounts.
·
Build
and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to
increase customer retention and drive new business opportunities.
·
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing
and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
and initiatives.
·
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry
developments to identify opportunities and inform sales
strategies.
·
Ensure designated customers get faster
response and awareness regarding complete range of Centum control product ranges.
·
Maintain good communication with all internal
and external stakeholders to meet the monthly and Quarterly target and
deliverables.
·
Ensure timely and accurate
reporting of sales metrics, such as sales pipeline, and sales
forecasts.
·
Maintain
a deep understanding of Centum Controls' products and services to effectively
communicate their value proposition to customers.
·
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values teamwork,
continuous improvement,
and customer success.
· Create time for continuous learning and coaching of Self and team.
