Minimum 3 year experience in SharePoint 2010/2013/2016
Minimum 3 year experience in SharePoint Online
Should have 6 months experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI
Should have 6 months experience in Microsoft Power Apps
Should have 1 year experience of SharePoint On Premise to SharePoint Online migration using Metalogix/Sharegate/AvePoint tool
Knowledge in the SharePoint Migration remediation activities
Should be good in PowerShell scripting using SharePoint APIs
Good in communication
Below are good to have knowledge
Knowledge on AvePoint Office 365 Migration tools
Knowledge on Pre migration discovery steps
Knowledge on SharePoint Client Object Model
Experience on SP 2013 Workflow or Nintex workflow
Experience on CSS and JavaScript
