    Our Product Operations team is responsible for operating the Codeless Automation platform on the Cloud for all our customers and managing our DevOps process. This team uses the latest technologies to achieve zero down-time deployment and manage our completely elastic Cloud infrastructure to support 24x7 availability for our global customers. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to work in this team. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and resolve issues in all the environments, Ensure SLO and uptime are met
    1.Maintain and Develop Monitoring & Alerting solutions.
    2.Configure and Integrate automation tools over distributed systems.
    3.Coordinate with Various product teams in triaging production issues.
    4.Demonstrate and promote best practices for teams using cloud platforms.
    5.Engaging in capacity planning, anticipating bottlenecks and scaling the environment as needed.
    6.Adhering to Change management
    7.Uptime and SLO reporting
    8.Operational expertise with a desire to eliminate manual tasks
    9.Be an active member of the scrum team to ensure SRE concerns are addressed from time a feature is designed through its deployment to     production.
   10.Monitoring and alerting the right things appropriately with proper thresholds
